Eleonore is a software engineer and data scientist at the Anti-Displacement Project. She is currently pursuing her Master in Public Policy (2024-2026) at Harvard Kennedy School, with a concentration in Business and Government Policy as well as the Data and Research track.

Eleonore holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China. She has extensive experience in strategic consulting and market insight analytics. Passionate about combining data-driven insights with public policy, Eleonore is committed to leveraging her skills to address pressing societal challenges and drive impactful solutions.

Enxian Fu is a dynamic professional with expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and AI chatbot development. He has a strong background in programming, data analysis, and deploying large language models to solve complex challenges.

With a passion for environmental policy and technological innovation, Enxian integrates cutting-edge AI tools into impactful projects, including climate policy classification and data-driven solutions. He enjoys collaborating across disciplines to drive meaningful change.

Product Owner

Lydia is the product owner for the Anti-Displacement Project. She is currently pursuing her Master in Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, with a concentration in Data and Research Methods.

Lydia holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and European History from Hartwick College. She has extensive experience in U.S. policymaking and oversight of Federal government programs. She has previously served as a Professional Staff Member for the House Committee on Homeland Security.

Policy Practitioner and Advisor

Yash is advising the City of Boston in the outreach and advocacy of the Anti-Displacement Project. He is currently pursuing his Master in Public Policy (2024-2026) at Harvard Kennedy School, with a concentration in Political and Economic Development as well as the Data and Research track.

Yash Bajaj is a current Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has over eight years of experience in India’s governance landscape, focusing on transforming large-scale public programs in elementary education, skill development, and workforce improvement. A strong advocate of data-centric governance, Yash believes in leveraging technology and data-driven systems to improve state capacity and deliver high-quality, citizen-centric services.
